Description: Back by popular demand! Many instructors request insight into working with difficult students and situations. As teachers and humans, we are likely to have our lessons, opinions, and policies challenged by others. Defensive responses tend to hamper communication, invite more criticism, and create resentment. This fun, interactive workshop will teach you to respond nondefensively to criticism and improve communication. Bring a statement said to you by anyone that made you feel defensive.
