The Centre for Leadership in Learning can connect you with a variety of materials (in addition to people) that will help you think about, plan, or conduct teaching and learning research.
We maintain a print library of over 3500 journals, books and articles on teaching and learning, many of which relate to teaching and learning research. Our website is home to a range of additional electronic resources. We publish "Connections" – a biannual teaching and learning newsletter, which often includes information about upcoming conferences and events pertaining to pedagogical scholarship, as well as updates about teaching and learning research conducted on campus. Finally, we have created a Research on Teaching and Learning Guidebook designed to assist individuals looking to begin the process of investigating teaching and learning in a scholarly fashion.
How to access the resources
Drop by the CLL Teaching Commons on the 5th floor of Mills Library, get a coffee or tea, chat with our staff, and browse the library. Our collection of print resources can also be searched using the University library catalogue: http://library.mcmaster.ca/catalogue/, and borrowed according to the regular library borrowing procedures.
