Computer Services Unit (CSU)


The Computer Services Unit (CSU) provides computing support to members of the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University.

Their services include:
  • Many desktop and server associated technologies
  • Email and network drive/storage/backup systems
  • Software/database application development, customizations and administration
  • Internet and intranet services including Web 2.0 and e-learning technologies
  • Consultative services for administrative, clinical, educational, and research computing requirements

Lyons Instructional Media Centre


The Lyons New Media Centre is home to a large collection of audio visual and electronic materials. The Centre is centrally located in Mills Memorial Library L307. This collection is available to all faculty for university-wide circulation. For further information on their services, visit any of the links.

University Technology Services (UTS) was created in 2005 to achieve one stop client service and integrated processes. The transformation to a high performance organization focusing on service excellence, quality project delivery, and value-added services is in progress.
