Resources

We've compiled this section from our own documents and presentations, sites that we've found useful and referrals from colleagues. It contains a range of resource material designed to assist the McMaster teaching and learning community.

In particular:

  1. The CLL Partners page houses information and links pertaining to a range of units and departments that – like CLL – support teaching and learning on campus.
  2. The Copyright FAQs section provides answers to an extensive set of questions about copyright in various teaching contexts.
  3. The Professional Organizations page lists a range of associations that serve, support and connect instructors in higher education.
  4. The Resources by Topic section provides access to materials relating to a wide variety of teaching and learning topics, from Academic Integrity to Self-directed learning. These are organized alphabetically. Resources pertaining to Inquiry and Problem Based Learning, McMaster’s signature pedagogies, are also foregrounded with separate links on the left sidebar.
  5. The Teaching Tips collection showcases advice and suggestions related to teaching, written and contributed by instructors from across McMaster’s six faculties.

Each of these sections can be accessed by clicking the relevant link in the sidebar to the left of your screen.
